It depends on the size of the space, the layout changes and the finishes you choose, so we don’t quote from a price list. We start with a no-pressure conversation about your home and your vision, then give you a clear, honest estimate.
It depends on the scope of the work and how long materials take to arrive. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins and communicate openly while it runs.
Most remodels that move plumbing, electrical or walls need a permit. We take care of the permit process as part of your project.
